New Account Switch Kit

We want to make moving your account to Liberty Bank a smooth and easy process. So we have provided this information to make the transition as convenient as possible.

Switch to Liberty Bank by following these simple steps:

1.Select the account that best suits your banking needs. Review the Personal Account or Business Account information on our web site to see what products are available. Then stop by one of our three convenient locations. Our New Accounts department will be happy to assist you in making this decision.

2.If you use direct deposits, a form is included for your use in transferring the deposit... These may include payroll, automatic deposits or dividends. If you are transferring your Social Security deposit, our New Accounts representatives can help you make that transition.

3.Transfer or cancel any automatic payments by completing the attached form and send it to the company you are paying. These may include recurring bills and transfers between accounts.

4.Pay any overdraft protection balances at your previous banking institution.

5.Set up your online banking account and bill payments. Transfer any online bill payments you may have.

6.Close your existing checking account. Allow for any checks that have not yet cleared your account and for any service charges.

Information you will need to set up your direct deposits:

	The name and address of the employer or depositor making the direct deposit.
	Your Liberty Bank Account number.
	Use the Request to Change Direct Deposit form provided.

Information you will need to set up an automatic payment:

	A copy of your latest billing statement showing amount and date of payment or withdrawal.
	Your Liberty bank account number.
	Use the Request to Change Automatic Account Payment or Withdrawal form provided.

Information you will need to close your account with another bank:

	The name and address of the institution where you currently bank.
	Your account number.
	Use the Request to Close Account form provided.
